Hi , I’m Talia.
Therapy should feel collaborative and affirming. I see it as a shared process where we explore what feels muddled or messy, laying things out, noticing patterns and connections, and starting to find clarity together as we go.
I work relationally, meaning I want to be an active part of the process alongside you. You might lead the way, but therapy becomes something we do together, creating space for insight and meaningful change.
You don’t need to wait until things feel overwhelming to start therapy. Therapy isn’t only for moments of crisis. It can be part of everyday self-care, a space to pause and start to understand yourself more. Sometimes the hardest part is simply beginning. When you’re ready, I’m here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Life is busy, and I know when I researched starting my own counselling journey, I found it hard to fit another weekly appointment in around so many other commitments. It is important to find the best appointment time that works for you. Because of this I offer a range of appointment times, including early morning and evening appointments online and in-person.

Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form to schedule a free, no-obligation call. We’ll have an initial chat to see whether I feel like the right support for you. During this call, we can talk about what you’re hoping to gain from therapy, availability and practical arrangements, and I can answer any questions you may have.
-
I understand that life can get hectic at times, and cancellations may happen. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice will not require payment. Sessions cancelled after this time will require full payment before the following session.
-
This is such a common worry when first coming to therapy. In fact, I remember asking myself the same thing. It’s OK if you aren’t sure where to start, or how to explain how you are feeling. Maybe you’re not quite sure what’s wrong, but you know that something doesn’t feel right. We can take each session week by week, and I have a variety of resources to help prompt reflection whenever you feel ready.
-
Sessions are £50. Payment details will be discussed when arranging your first appointment.

The first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and begin understanding what has brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about what you’re hoping to gain, any questions or concerns you may have, and go at a pace that feels comfortable for you. There’s no pressure to share everything straight away. It’s also an opportunity for you to get a feel for how I work and decide whether it feels like the right fit.
